Albert L. Fritz, MHA

Mr. Fritz serves as President of Fritz Associates, Inc. and an Associate of HG Healthcare Consulting, LLC. He brings 25 years of experience in healthcare management and leadership to his work with medical staffs, physician groups and hospitals across the nation.

Mr. Fritz applies his experience in hospital administration and working with medical staffs to help physicians and hospitals develop customized solutions to their unique needs and objectives. He has particular expertise in bylaws, medical staff effectiveness, working with hospital systems and helping hospital CEOs and physician leaders navigate difficult medical staff challenges. Mr. Fritz consults and lectures on a wide range of medical staff and healthcare management issues including credentialing and privileging, medical staff effectiveness, medical staff leadership, medical staff integration and mergers, quality improvement, and Board/Senior Management/Medical Staff relations. He has served as a member of the faculty of the American College of Physician Executives and is a Diplomat in the American College of Healthcare Executives.

Prior to joining HG Healthcare Consulting, Mr. Fritz’s administrative positions included the Administrator at the Millard Fillmore Suburban Hospital- Amherst, NY; Associate Administrator at Millard Fillmore Gates Circle Hospital- Buffalo, NY; and Assistant Administrator at Kenosha Memorial Hospital- Kenosha, WI.
